Fried Sticky Rice

Ethnicity: Vietnamese

Three cups cooked sticky rice for 6 servings

Shape 3 tablespoons cooked sticky rice into a ball, then flatten in a cake

Heat pan, add 1 1/2 cups cooking oil and fry until golden brown

Drain on paper towels

Serve hot with charcoal broiled chicken or meat

Makes 10 to 12 balls
