Serves 6

• 1 cup chicken cut in 1 x 2" pieces

• 1 cup baby corn fresh or canned

• 1 cup mushrooms coarsely sliced

• 1 lb. snow peas

• 2 tablespoons chopped onion

• 1 tablespoon soy sauce

• a dash of pepper black or white

• 3 tablespoon oil

Heat pan, add 3 tablespoons oil. Saute the onion for 3 min and saute the meat for 10 min. Add mushrooms and baby corn and saute for another 10 min. Snow peas added last and should be cooked about 5 min or until peas are thoroughly heated but not soft. Season with soy sauce and pepper. 
Serve hot with rice or noodles
